Effective September 1, 2015, PayFlex will no longer be the TexFlex program administrator. After August 31, 2015, all TexFlex claims and inquiries should be submitted to ADP®. You can contact ADP toll-free at (844) 884-2364 (TDD: 711) Monday - Friday, from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. CT or visit TexFlex-FSA.com.

In observance of Independence Day, PayFlex’s Customer Service Center will be closed on Friday, July 3rd and Saturday, July 4th. During this time, you’ll be able to access your account information on the TexFlex website, through the PayFlex Mobile® app as well as general account information through our automated voice system. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 6th.
